Shipping Policy

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as the timeframe is dependent on external third party shipping provider that we use.
  • Within Australia: Allow 3-10 business days for standard shipping.
  • International: Allow 10-21 business days for standard shipping. Note - this doesn't include delays caused by shipping or customs clearance. 
  • For international deliveries, the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes and expenses associated with importing products. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Typical processing time is listed in the product description. For custom event orders, we will advise you of our availability to create your florals and ship out your order well in advance to ensure your items arrive in time for your event. Please reach out if your order is urgent. ​
  • Studio Kacy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or postal services. Shipping times may exceed the estimate timeframe due to factors outside our control.
  • As the shipping providers are a third party service, we are unable to refund your order if your items do not arrive in time. When you order from us, please bear in mind the processing and shipping timeframes.
  • Studio Kacy is not responsible for any delays or missing items if the wrong address is provided. We will endeavour to correct the address however cannot guarantee return or change of address as this is out of our control. 
  • All orders will be provided with a tracking number when the order is shipped. Studio Kacy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during shipping. If a package is lost or stolen during shipment, a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider. If the tracking number shows that a package has been delivered and the customer is unable to locate it, the buyer is to contact the shipping provider for assistance.

Returns Policy

  • As a small, independent business, all our items are made-to-order and not mass manufactured. We are unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or cancellations for custom orders. However, your satisfaction is our top priority - please contact us if you have any issues. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If you need to change your order after placing it, please email us immediately and we will try our utmost to accommodate your request if we haven't created or ordered supplies for your order.
  • For any defects or issues with your order, please email us within 5 business days and include photos. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will be happy to assist you. 
  • In the event that you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately so we can arrange a replacement and initiate a claim with the shipping provider. Kindly provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging (both inside and outside). We can offer your a replacement item or provide you with a store credit for future purchases.
